Do You offer Returns?
Absolutely, we will happily accept returns or replace any broken or incorrect items. We do ask for a photo of the issue to try and help us see what went wrong (bad packaging or incorrect items etc).
We know it can be a pain to deal with issues so we try to make it as fast & pain free to get any issue sorted. Get in touch with us anytime with any questions or issues you may have.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! Postage costs are quite high, but we want to make sure you can get your Lambert's fix anywhere in the world so we try to keep the costs as low as possible.
Our website should convert to your local currency, and if you are in the USA definitely check out our branch there (they have great deals all the time) at www.lambertsluscious.com
Can I buy your stuff at a local shop?
We have heaps of great stockists around New Zealand, you can check out our stores list here.
Every stockist chooses which of our products they want to sell so they may not have our full range.
If you want to see our stuff in more shops feel free to ask them to get in touch with us & we can get them sorted in no time!
When will your store on Cuba Street open again?
We're not sure at the moment, we would love to open it back up but it's not quite feasible right now.
